This week’s movie is Intolerable Cruelty, it follows the story of a divorce attorney (George Clooney) and a serial divorcee (Katherine Zeta-Jones) who, not surprisingly, end up on opposing sides of a trial. The script wasn’t written by them so it does lack their distinct dialogue, but it’s quite  a funny movie. On the imagery end of things, sadly it’s not a very interestingly shot film. It’s not done poorly, but it doesn’t stand out from the crowd like some of their earlier stuff. This is especially true when compared to last week’s beautifully shot The Man Who Wasn’t There, but I’m a sucker for black & white. Next week is The Ladykillers starring Tom Hanks, a remake of the 1955 film of the same name.
